Free shipping on every order with two or more candles.
Made ready by hand
Orders leave our studio within [1–3 working days].
Tracked delivery
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Packed with care
We use recyclable packaging to keep your candles safe.
Calculated at checkout
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on where you are. You will see the exact price and estimated delivery for your country at checkout, before you pay.

Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Good to know. Candles must be unused and unburned, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
EU cooling-off period. Within the European Union you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Not returnable. Custom or personalised orders, sale items and gift cards.

Arrived damaged?
We are so sorry. Please check your order when it arrives, and if anything is broken, damaged or not what you ordered, email us right away with a photo. We will make it right.
